Location is in a nice spot, run down in need of cleaning and repair. RV site is nice, however, we were not notified that during the colder months water is shut off, nothing stated on website. Arrived on a Tuesday when offices are closed, no water, no token machine for showers. Thoroughly disappointed and will not be returning.

This is a hidden gem! Halfway between LA and Reno. Great place to swim in some very happy water! The tent cabins are perfect and were decorated with Christmas decorations for the holidays…great touch! Thank You!

Old school hot springs. Family friendly. It has showers and changing rooms. There is a huge warm pool for swimming and a large shallow hot tub for soaking. Limited pool chairs and a section set aside to eat at their snack bar. Outside the pool area there are grassy picnic spots with tables. We love this place and have been coming for years.

Very nice stop, area for a picnic. Also, the concessions were reasonably priced. We thoroughly enjoyed swimming and soaking.

Small pool can fit 3 to 4 people in it. Someone needs to take a bush to clean off all the algae. Or maybe I didn't see it if there was one. Not to hot. I will definitely take a brush next time to leave it to that its not so slippery getting in or out. Small 5 to 8 walk in after you park.

NOTE: There are two Hot Springs with this name. One is a developed swimming pool and hot tub. The other is an outdoor natural pool in the creek. Both are very nice.

A must stop spot anytime we go to or through Bishop. You aren’t going to be razzle dazzled. But, if you want your body relaxed with this natural hot spring water, go! Don’t expect an earthy Oasis. It’s like an 80’s lap pool (minus the lap ropes). Handicap accessible. You can’t bring your own food but they have a light concession stand.

Been going there for ages. Great stop, wish they had overflow transit camping spots for " just passing through hot spring lovers ". The whole area is just incredible !
